With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Wiedl (Oxford, Connecticut), born in Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on August 8, 2018 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Wiedl to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Wiedl. He is survived by: his parent Edna Wiedl; his son Pop Warner Football; his wife Susan Wiedl; his sons, Major Michael Wiedl (Erica Wiedl) of Virginia and Steven Wiedl of Texas; and his sister Cheryl Rodriguez of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his best friend.

Memorial donations, for those who so desire may be made to the Smilow Cancer Center c/o Yale New Haven Hospital, or the USO.
