It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Francis Brown of Oxford, Connecticut, born in Danbury, Connecticut, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Brown and Mary Potter Brown; and his siblings, Joyce Lee, Robert and Lawrence Brown.
He is survived by: his close friend Joan Hlywa Brown of Oxford; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Hartwick (Robert), Mary Margaret Friemark (Doug), Aimee O'Brien (Robert) of Seymour, Arthur Hlywa (Annette) of Oxford and David Hlywa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
