With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rebecca A. Martin of Oxford, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Rebecca left this world on February 22, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony and Winifred Recupero (Zack). She is survived by: her husband Richard Martin; her siblings, Anthony "Clay" Recupero (Karen), Theodore "Ted" Recupero (Susan) and Gretchen Schmelzer; her mother-in-law Theresa Martin; and her siblings-in-law, Rev. Victor T. Martin, Karen Yitts (Louie), Nancy Portolese (Chris) and Susan Smey (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (733 Oxford Rd, Oxford, CT 06478).
