Tichy of Oxford, Connecticut, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Tichy; her parents, Stanley Laskowski and Esther Laskowski (Grabowski); and her siblings, Chester, Stanley Laskowski, Josephine Falbo, Anna Labowski, Clara Harkins and Loretta Ives.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Tichy of Oxford, Michael Tichy (Joan) of Oxford, Ronald Tichy of Meriden, Kurt Tichy (Sharon) of Orange and Mary Elizabeth McKay (Duane) of Westbrook; her grandchildren, Ronald Jr., Eric, Bryan, Jason, Alexandra, Shannon, Schyler, Kyle and Megan; and her stepgrandsons, Matthew and Sean.
