She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Hvizd, Jr.; and her father Dimitri "Metro" Zuraw. She is survived by: her mother Julia Dutkanych Zuraw; her children, Andrew Hvizd, III (Lynn A.), Julie Marie Mann (Steven) and Gregory Joseph Hvizd; her grandchildren, Sarah Marie Sigel (Anthony), Zachary Michael Mann (Tamar), Andrew Joseph Hvizd (Jordon) and Alexandra Marie Mann; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Joseph Sigel, Jack Andrew Sigel, Lexie Grace Sigel, Rylee Paige Hvizd, Jase Benjamin Hvizd, Levi Joseph Hvizd, Michael Ace Caldera and Enzo Jove Caldera.
