We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Julia Anne Bibb of Oxford, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tomey and Latifeh Tomey; her former husband Ralph Cipriano; her husband James Bibb Jr.; and her brothers, George, Louis and Joseph Tomey.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph, Glenn, Paul Cipriano and Lisa Henley. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, five nephews and three nieces.
