He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Marsilio and Dorothy Brelsford Marsilio; and his siblings, James Marsilio and Phyllis Marsilio. He is survived by: his wife Annmarie Scippa Marsilio; his daughters, Pamela Federowicz (Jesse) of Oxford, Joann Cramer (Kerry) of Fort Myers, FL and Lisa Tyler of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his brother William Marsilio of Oxford; his grandchildren, Michael, Brianna Federowicz, Christopher, Joseph Graef and Alissa Graef-Bankowski (John); and his great grandchild Julia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Joe's memory many be made to the Alzheimer's Association through the funeral home.
