In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Joseph had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Joseph may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arascunaga Sr. and Ana Arascunaga; and his niece Nanette Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Paula Arascunaga; his children, Marceille Ashton, Melissa Cerulli (Stephen), Melinda D'Onofrio (Jeff), Monique Arascunaga and Joseph Carl Arascunaga (Rebecca); his sister Carmen Miranda; and his niece Roberta LaPorte. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Miller & Macari Family Funeral Home (260 Bank St, Seymour, CT 06483).
