He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kamerik and Irene Van Kamerik of Niskayuna. He is survived by: his wife Bonny; his sons, Jonathan Van Kamerik (Rebecca Orsini) and Christopher Van Kamerik; his sisters, Sharon Lawrence and Linda Baquero; and his sister-in-law Gale Cirillo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack's memory may be to a charity of one's choice.
