It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Simon of Oxford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sharon Simon (Burdette); his parents, Norbert Simon and Mary Simon (Glynn); his daughter Justine Grueb (James) of Seymour; his sisters, Linda Shepard (Daniel) of Shelton, Mary Ellen Simon of Stratford and Margaret Van Ness of Trumbull; his aunt Linda Leary (Daniel) of Bonita Springs, FL; and his father-in-law Robert Burdette (Mimi). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
