He was predeceased by: his wife Milada Mraz. He is survived by: his children, Magda Mraz of New Haven and Jerrold Mraz (Debra) of Oxford, CT; his grandchildren, Jody Uva (Jonathan) of Boston, MA, Lynn McCreary (Matthew) of Austin, TX and Jason Mraz (Joy Sgobbo) of New York City; his great grandchildren, Alice McCreary and Emily Uva; and his sisters, Magdalena Krondl (Mrazova) of Toronto and Jaroslava Mrazova of Prague. He is also survived by his family and friends.
