She is survived by: her parent Bertha Budzik; her children, Liz Crawford, Rebecca Soukup, Barbara Soukup Mason, Donald Soukup (Joeanna) of Oxford and John Soukup (Annette) of Terryville; and her brother Richard Budzik of Seymour.
