He is survived by: his wife Rita Spruck (Bourgeois); his friends, Matthew and Thomas Romeo; his children, Edward Spruck III (Irene) of New Canaan and Kristin Sousa (Norman) of Mystic; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Charlotte, Allison and Nicholas.
