He was predeceased by: his sisters, Frances Stodolink and Mary Hilton; and his father Francis Casey. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Casey (Mastroni); his children, Donald Casey Jr., Eve Casey and Lee Casey (Samantha); his grandchildren, Casey Moran Matthew (Robert Manos), Liam Casey, Maia Casey and Riley Casey; and his brother Daniel Casey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Donald's name to Shriners Hospital for Children.
