It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah D. Manchester of Oxford, Connecticut, born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walter Manchester and Patricia Manchester (Goodrich). She is survived by: her daughter Nyla Vargas (James) of Bristol; her stepson Jeffrey Vargas (Linda) of Oxford; and her siblings, William G. Manchester, Mark D. Manchester (Donna), David P. Manchester (Darlene) and Donna Shaia (George) of Bristol. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
