Manchester of Oxford, Connecticut, born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walter Manchester and Patricia Manchester (Goodrich). She is survived by: her daughter Nyla Vargas (James) of Bristol; her stepson Jeffrey Vargas (Linda) of Oxford; and her siblings, William G. Manchester, Mark D. Manchester (Donna), David P. Manchester (Darlene) and Donna Shaia (George) of Bristol. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
