He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Theresa Deegan Forish; his parents, Harriett and Charlie, Sr.; his aunt Mary; his son John (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Sloan and Justin; his son Charles (Chuck); and also, John and Charles (Chuck). He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
