She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Ovens Sr. (Bob); her parents, Michele Merola and Arcangela Rauso Merola; her son Robert Ovens Jr.; her grandson Vincent Carey; and her siblings, Nicholas J., Louis Merola, Mary Ovens and Ann Maniscalco.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Carey (Dan) and Sharon Coling (Howard); her grandchildren, Stephanie Bostic (Bernard), Robert Ovens III (Tamara) and Sarah Pavone (Bill); her great grandchildren, Liam DiMaio, Olivia Ovens and Charles Duguay; and her sisters, Margaret Sullivan (Marge) and Gloria Centopani. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
