We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2021, at the age of 76, Barbara A. Stevens of Oxford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Elston P. Stevens; and her parents, Arnold Devine and Mildred Mary Coughlin Devine. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Stevens (Jan) of Ansonia and Gregory Stevens (Jennifer) of Seymour; her grandsons, Michael, James, Connor and Samuel; her brothers, Arnold "Buzz" Devine of Torrington and Joseph Devine of Litchfield; her uncle James Coughlin (Mary Ann) of North Haven; her niece Carolyn Perry (Matt); her nephew Joseph Devine (Jennifer); and her sister-in-law Nancy Devine of Southbury.
