He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Szerszen and Martha Nell Lumley Szerszen. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Morrell Szerszen; his children, Jason Szerszen (Danielle) and Carissa Jablonski (Adam); his stepchildren, Katie Riccio (Tony), Colleen Visel, Christine Visel (Michael), John M. Visel (Lily) and Richard Visel (Nella); his siblings, Stan Szerszen (Suzanne), Jeff Szerszen (Susan) and Marcella Polozzolo (Joe); and his grandchildren, Giuseppe Riccio, Marcello Visel, Harlow, Wes Jablonski, Ava, Drew and Charlie Szerszen.
