He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Zawadski (Hornak); his grandson Michael Zawadski; his siblings, Felix, Chester Zawadski and Eleanor Zawadski; and his stepsister Mary DeDedonato.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Zawadski (Kathleen Zawadski), James Zawadski and Alfred "Joe" Zawadski, Jr.; his grandson Aaron Zawadski (Lindsay Zawadski); his great grandchildren, Alexandra and Adalyn Zawadski; and his brothers, Paul Zawadski (Peggy Zawadski) and Peter Zawadski (Patricia Zawadski Coleson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
