He was predeceased by: his son William J. Bozelko III. He is survived by: his wife Lucille A. Bozelko; his children, Wendy (Peter Hoffman), Wylie and Whitney; and his grandchildren, Peter Hoffman, Matthew Hoffman, Caitlyn Shanley and Colleen Shanley.
