He is survived by: his wife Katherine Roche Bozelko; his daughters, Chandra Ann of Orange, Alana Kay Choquette (Paul) of Chevy Chase and Jana Lee Simmons (Christopher) of Plymouth, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Alair K. Choquette, Paul J. Choquette, IV and Mair K. Simmons; his sister Barbara Bozelko Roblin of Irvington; and his sister-in-law Lucille Bozelko.
