She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Miller and Agnes Miller (Doyle); and her husband Leon Welch, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Wheeler (Steven) of Woodsville, NH, Lorie Adams (Michael) of Woodston, KS, Holly Walsh (Stephen) of Pembroke, MA, Michael Welch of Simsbury, CT and Mark Welch (Cheryl) of Milford, CT; and her siblings, Robert Miller of Newburyport, MA and Barbara Collier of Rocky Hill, CT.. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
