He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Frank Evarts and Frances Egan Evarts; and his brother-in-law Anthony Ruggiero. He is survived by: his significant other Joan Evarts; his children, Jessica Sullivan (Brendan) and Matthew Evarts; and his sisters, Donna Jetmar, Eileen Vitale (Nicholas) and Pamela Ruggiero. He is also survived by several nephews and many lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Smilow Cancer Hospital or Connecticut Hospice in memory of Kenneth.
