He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Taverner and Pura Taverner. He is survived by: his wife Josefa Taverner; his children, Jose Taverner (Heather) and Janet Taverner; and his grandchildren, Alex, Connor, Noelle and Lily. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
