He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Hogan; his parents, James Hogan and Amy Hogan; and his siblings, Patrick Hogan and Mary Ellen Betlinski.
He is survived by: his children, Paula H. Garvey (Christopher W. Garvey) and Phillip J. Hogan; his grandchildren, Catherine E. Nelson (Daniel A. Nelson) and Alexander L. Garvey; his brother Richard Hogan; and his nephews, Scott Hogan and Christopher Hogan.
