Irene S. Perretta Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene S. Perretta of Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Philip C. Perretta; her parents, Peter Vaggelopoulos and Rose Vaggelopoulos; and her sister Sophie Metsopoulos. She is survived by: her daughter Carmen Rose; her son-in-law Nick Rapetski; her pets, Gio and Jake; her siblings-in-law, Yvonne, Carole and Ronald; her caregivers, Vivian and Linelle; and her friends, Rita Carpenter, Elenor Hill and Anne Marie Mercurio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Barbara Greek Orthodox Church (480 Racebrook Rd, Orange, CT 06477). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at the Lakeview Cemetery (885 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06610).
