It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Halina Slawsky (Orange, Connecticut), who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Slawsky; and her parents, Wladyslaw Wilczek and Salomea Wilczek. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Slawsky of New York, NY and Gregory Slawsky (Annsley) of Pelham, NY; her grandchildren, Jared and Susannah Slawsky; and her brother Boguslaw Wilczek of Reading, England..

She had a wonderful sense of humor, a smile that could warm the heart, and a voice in the alto section that was clear and outgoing. Halina also had strong ideas, and she ‘stuck to her guns’ on them.
