He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Pritchard and Susanna Carty Pritchard. He is survived by: his children, Susan Magyar (Thomas) of Milford, Michael J. Pritchard (Ana) of Smithfield, R. I. and George M. Pritchard (Patricia Barber) of Waterbury; his grandchildren, Michael G. Pritchard (Laurel), Megan Tuttle (Casey) and Bridget M. Magyar; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Sloane Tuttle, Jonathan and Henry Pritchard.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Church of the Assumption.
