He is survived by: his wife Gina Guzowski (Rodriguez); his father Rava; his children, David Joseph Guzowski and Gabriella Emilia Guzowski; his granddaughter Violette Scott Guzowski; his siblings, Stephan Guzowski (Mary) and Jacqueline Torcellini (Paul); his siblings-in-law, Juan Carlos Rodriguez (Zena), Carmella Perrone (Anthony) and Carol Kilcoyne (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Melissa, Orion, Sabrina, Adrian, Olivia Rose, Anthony II, Megan and Shane; and his pets, Leo and Luna.

Masks and social distancing will be required.
