She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bargo and Sara Bargo (Hoey); her sons, Gilbert Tanguay and Joseph Eanotti; and her siblings, Edgar Bargo (Sonny) and Mary Gillespy.
She is survived by: her husband George Smith; her children, Shirley Ann Eanotti (Dan Harney) of Stratford and Frank Eanotti (Bonnie) of Stratford; her grandchildren, Nicole (John Cannata Kristin), Rachuel (Jack Conroy), Bailey McIlhoney and Raymond McIlhoney; her great grandchildren, Mya, Damon, Avery, Rocco and Nora; and her siblings, Robert (Andrea Bargo), Shirley Kennedy, Mabel (Thomas Papcun Sandra) and Debbie (Mark Soares). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
