He was predeceased by: his parents, Juana Berrios and Carmelo Rivera. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rivera; his children, Carmelo Rivera Jr. (Diana) and Vallerie Push (Michael); and his grandchildren, Carina, Nadia, Sophia and Jameson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keenan Funeral Home (238 Elm St, West Haven, CT 06516). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Infant Church (450 Racebrook Rd, Orange, CT 06477).
