He is survived by: his sister Ellen Newman of Greenhurst, NY.; his wife Barbara Harvey (Spencer); his sons, Alan Spencer Harvey of Irvine, CA and Michael Walter Harvey (Jeanmarie); and his grandchildren, Lydia Marie Harvey and Spencer Alexander Harvey.
