It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rose Puglisi of Old Saybrook, Connecticut, born in Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Puglisi and Rosaria Puglisi (Romano); and her siblings, Ester, Josephine, Mary "Carmen", Frank, Salvatore and Sebastian Puglisi.
She is survived by: her sister Marie Peppe of Florida; her nieces and nephews, Phyllis Sedlock (Alan) of Old Saybrook, John DiStefano of Killingworth, Paul DiStefano (Lynn) of South Carolina, Richard Peppe (Margaret) of Florida, Stephen Peppe of Virginia, Paul Lazarr of Virginia, Norma Jacobs of Middletown and Maryanne Mantz (Michael) of California; her great-niece Meghan Brady (Howard) of Old Saybrook; and also, Garrett, Katelin, Rebecca DeAngelo (Albert), Jacob, Luca, Brian, Derek DiStefano, Chris, Daryl DiStefano, Thomas Peppe, Brent, Shane Jacobs, Tianna and Robert Mantz.
