She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Kelley and Ruth Kelley; her brothers, Neale Kelley and Boyd Kelley; and her granddaughter Haley Feltes.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Regan; her daughters, Lisa Feltes and Amy Jonsson (Eric); her grandchildren, Logan, Cooper, Brooke and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Nora and Julia.
