She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Zawacki Sr. and Helen T. Zawacki. She is survived by: her siblings, John S. Zawacki, Jr. (Angie Diaz) and Julia A. Zawacki (Dwight J. Dagenhart); her niece Katie E. Dagenhart; and her close friend Max. She is also survived by her numerous cousins and extended family.
