He is survived by: his wife Clare; his children, Henry (Kris), Randy (Cindy) and Virginia Umiker (Richard); his stepsons, Sandy Cook (Natalie) and David Cook (Blythe); and his spouse Phyllis Peek Folsom. He is also survived by grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
