He was predeceased by: his parents, Mollie Rhodes Dodson and James Elmer Dodson; his wife Mary Dodson (Murray); his daughter Donna Anne Dodson; his siblings, Ronald, Mary Lou and John Wayne; and his grandmother Florence Ogle (Bess).
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Olsen (Michael) and Patricia Higgins (John).
