He was predeceased by: his son Charles Hurlburt, Jr. (Chuck). He is survived by: his wife Mary Carangelo; his daughter Debbie Lynn; his granddaughter Michaela; and his close friend Mike Salafia, Sr.. He is also survived by extended family, numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
