Stepp, IV of Providence, RI and Jennifer L. Seoane of Brooklyn, NY; his siblings, Richard M. Stepp of Colchester, David A. Stepp of New London, Linda R. Park of Santa Fe, NM, Karen A. Duncan of Summerville, SC, Rose M. Saunders of Old Lyme and Carole F. Stepp of Quaker Hill; his grandson Willis H. Stepp; and his siblings, George A. Stepp and Deborah J. Stepp.
