He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Berry and Margaret Berry; and his siblings, Alfred Berry (Bud), Shirley Stefaniak and Loretta Walker.
He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Hyland; his wife Mary; his daughters, Kimberly Wolfe (William Wolfe Jr.) and Tamara Bordeau (Joseph Bordeau); the mother of his children Pamela Hyland Bugbee; his son Ronald C. Berry (Jesse Siegel); his grandchildren, Olivia Wolfe, Becker Bordeau, William Wolfe III, Marisa Wolfe and Mason Bordeau; his sister Barbara Impellitteri Scannell; and his sister-in-law Lucille Berry.
