He is survived by: his parents, Marilyn Grey (Balicki) of New Britain, CT and Kenneth William Grey, Jr. of Berlin, CT.; his sister Christine Quinn (Jared); his niece Alexandra of Massachusetts; his brother Kenneth W. Grey III of Maryland; and his stepmother Graceann Radding-Grey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, Michael's family asks that you donate to the charity of your choice or perform an act of kindness in Michael's memory.
