She was predeceased by: her husband William Kaschak; her parents, Joseph Czaja and Victoria Czaja (Kolco); and her daughter Dorothy Boozer. She is survived by: her son John Kaschak (Shelly).

Due to the on-going pandemic, funeral services will be limited to a graveside service, Monday December 14, 2020 at 10:00 a. m. at Mt Olivet Cemetery, Watertown.
