He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen R. Noreikis and Brenda L. Cash. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Noreikis Jr. of New Haven, Taylor Herbest of Torrington and Mackenzie Noreikis of New Haven; and his sister Brooke Noreikis of North Carolina.
