He is survived by: his former wife Shirley Jean Hoffman; his son Jerry D. Zambiella III; his wife Deborah of Prospect; his children, Patti Ciarleglio (Curt) of Waterbury, Mark Way (Leatrice) of Oakville, Todd Way (Cathy) of Watertown and Linda Sundell (Richard); his siblings, Joseph Zambiella and Anna Richmond (Bob); and also, Kristine Berube (Cliff) of Watertown and Karen Trudeau (Eric). He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
