He is survived by: his wife Judith Belval (Goudreau); his children, Theresa Diver (Mark) of Little River, SC, Denise Hotchkiss (Harold) of Terryville, CT and Michael Belval (Julie) of Watertown, CT.; and his siblings, Janet of Venice, FL and Paul of Waterbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
