Sr. Collins and Patricia "Pat" Collins (VanWagner) of Oakville; his son Christian Collins of Prospect; his sister Lisa Marshall (Kenny) of Terryville; his grandmother Lois VanWagner of Oakville; his nephews, Connor and Colin Marshall; his niece Chloe; and his significant other Lisa Willette of Waterbury. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
