He is survived by: his wife Donna Neuman (DiChiara) of Oakville; his sons, Matthew Neuman (Michelle) of Waterbury, CT, Jeffrey O'Loughlin (Linda) of Meriden, CT and Robert O'Loughlin (Melody) of Terryville, CT; his grandchildren, Carly Neuman, Brooke Aquino (O'Loughlin), Logan O'Loughlin, Marissa Mason, Charlie O'Loughlin and Andrew O'Loughlin; and his siblings, Robert Neuman of Watertown, CT, Helen Collins of Watertown, CT, Linda Wills (Bob) of Watertown, CT and Ricky Testa (Maureen) of Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
