He was predeceased by: his sister Tina A. Moreau. He is survived by: his parents, Carol Moreau and Maurice Moreau (Moe); his stepmother Ruth Moreau; and his stepsisters, Lauren Wade (Jerry Wade) and Casia Courtright (Scott Courtright). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
