It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Starr of Oakdale, Connecticut, who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, David and Ronald Starr. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Starr and Viola Starr of Starke; and his sister Ruth Nash.
